Our King Room Non-Smoking had a cozy layout and was clean. The staff was unaccommodating during check-in.

wi fi signal was not good, and with kids that like to play on tablets or watch netflix in the evening it was a bummer.

actually the room was good-sized with nice furniture as well as a whirlpool tub. location: the hotel was next to shell lake and the food area and areas that were clear of snow.

The intimate lodge atmosphere was good, offering a cozy refuge after outdoor adventures. A personal touch from the owner provided unique insights into the local area.

The entire pool area was out of service , a letdown. The breakfast options were also disappointingly limited and ran out early.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building so close to areas that were clear of snow and a huge lake and a restaurant. Helpful and easy going staff, comfy rooms with a whirlpool tub as well as microwave and fridge. The location peaceful in a good area. Also, easy to get to Museum of Woodcarving.

The hotel features a nice pool, a hot tub, and a sauna. The staff were friendly, providing helpful local advice that enhanced our stay. Clean and quiet room. I'd return!

The indoor water park was a hit with my kids, especially the waterslide! We enjoyed being in a location so close to family.

My wife says that the pool area should be more accessible for families.

The pool slides were a total hit with the kids 😊 But check-in was a nightmare-had to wait over an hour and breakfast options were super limited. Definitely needs some love overall.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the fast wi-fi, free parking, and the 24-hour reception. The staff was very helpful when I first visited, finding good parking for me. Without a doubt, I'm coming back for a holiday!

The King Room Non-Smoking I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a convenient microwave and fridge. The hotel had an attractive exterior with a north woods motif, and the internet service was effective. The pool area appeared inviting, with a hot tub and kiddie pool, though I did not use it .

The rooms were clean, and the indoor water park was a hit, perfect for some fun and relaxation. It's conveniently close to local attractions.

The hospitality shown by the owner was really good. She provided a fan to help us stay cool in our spacious room. Breakfast included a tasty touch of Sicilian cunzato bread, a good addition. Unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival, with trash on the floor, and the internet service was unreliable. The continental breakfast ran out well before the posted time, requiring us to seek breakfast elsewhere.

Spacious rooms with a nice whirlpool tub - totally hooked on that! Everything was spotless and neat. The location was just right, only a 10-15 minutes stroll to The Potter's Shed 🛁.
